The works comprised the renovation, extension and conversion of the existing hall into nine high standard self catering holiday apartments, site administration, reception, sales and information areas, a family room and billiard room, a leisure club including indoor pool and associated games room, fitness suites and changing rooms, provision of biomass heating and related infrastructure and external works.
