Project Management
The practice carries out project management services for clients and contractors engaged in substantial developments of offices, shops, factories, hotels, leisure, educational and housing developments and has 30 years experience of such work.

A comprehensive service is provided covering the management and co-ordination of all the disciplines involved in the development of major construction projects. The practice has wide experience of meeting the critical programming and financial demands of commercial clients.

  

Capital Allowances
 

Capital Allowance calculations are carried out in conjunction with our specialist partner company Eckersley (CA) Limited.

This recently established company, as well as providing costings of allowable capital expenditure, will if required obtain HMRC approval to the reduction in tax payable.

  

CDM Co-ordinator and Clerk of Works Services
CDM Co-ordinator Services in accordance with the CDM Regulations and Clerk of Work Services can be provided by the practice. This is usually carried out through our partner company Aegis Services Limited.
